DEYS D 200

Description
The DEYS D 200 is an electronically driven fully automated mortar pump which is applied for processing of high-grade shotcrete (wet-guniting system), but which can also be applied for pumping (conveying) mortars of varying consistences (plastic as well as fluid). The D 200 is suited for mortars with a grain structure of up to 8 mm (rotor/stator type MP8). The high-grade mixing and conveyance technology results in a continuous mixing of the dry mortar, constant water-cement ratio, constant quality of the mixture and professional application of the mortar. The robust frame of the machine has been thermo-galvanized and the filling funnel consists of stainless steel, which provides excellent protection from corrosion. Furthermore, the modular construction allows simple dismantling of the machine, so that cleaning and maintenance can be carried out without any problems. The machine can be switched on and off by activating the spray gun in one single action or by means of the remote control.
