BETOCHEM 3700 is a non-shrinking three-component repair mortar based on epoxy, free of solvents which is resistant to various chemicals and repaintable with several types of paint. BETOCHEM 3700 can be applied for horizontal and vertical repairs and is waterproof when applied in layers thicker than 7 mm.

Quality control

During manufacturing only raw materials of high quality are used which amply meet the strictest requirements. During the production process as well as during the final stages these materials are extensively tested for quality in our own laboratory.

Application areas
  • As repair mortar for all the usual concrete damage to houses and public utilities, such as for example lintels, balconies, galleries, columns, outriggers etc.
  • As topping for gravel pockets, non-dilating cracks, joints and seams
  • As protection of exposed reinforcements
  • Epoxy joint junction beams
Packaging and storage
113,5 and 138,5 kg. In the original properly closed packaging in a cool dry place, frost free minimum storage life 6 months.

By means of a filling knife, trowel, float and brick jointer. Tools can be cleaned with BETOCHEM brush dilutant EP.
Concrete and other cement-bound grounds. The ground should be clean, dry and free of dust, grease and dirt and furthermore should meet the terms and conditions that normally apply. Reinforcements should be freed of rust products till Sa 2 1/2.
