BETOCHEM 3000

Description

BETOCHEM 3000 moulding mortar is a high-fluidity grouting mortar free of solvents based on epoxy resin and laminar fillers. After only a short time.BETOCHEM 3000 moulding mortar has a high tensile strength. The moulding mortar hardens through well at low temperatures and is slightly exothermic. BETOCHEM 3000 can also been supplied as a RAPID version.
BETOCHEM 3000 is not susceptible to hardening shrinkage and is highly resistant to chemicals and is waterproof. Layers of 3mm BETOCHEM 3000 do have the same effect as 30 mm layers of concreteprotection

Quality control

During manufacturing only raw materials of high quality are used which amply meet the strictest requirements. During the production process as well as during the final stages these materials are extensively tested for quality in our own laboratory.

Application areas
  • Grouting of constructions, machines, turbines, compressors, crane runways, bearings etc. which are heavily loaded statically as well as dynamically
  • Filling horizontal somewhat non-dilating cracks and joints in concrete
  • Fastening reinforcement bars, anchors, bolts and fences
  • Under water grouting jobs for OW system

 

Packaging and storage
20, 30 and 40 kg. In the original properly closed packaging in a cool dry place, frost free minimum storage life 6 months.

Application
By means of moulding. Tools can be cleaned with BETOCHEM brush dilutant EP.
Ground
Concrete cement-bound, stone-like and metal grounds. The ground should be clean, dry (not for OW system) and free of dust, grease and dirt and furthermore should meet the terms and conditions that normally apply. Free metal grounds of corrosion products and a primer should be applied if so required.
