Quality control

During manufacturing only high-quality aggregates are used, which meet the strictest requirements. During the production process as well as during the final stages these materials are extensively tested for quality, not only in our own laboratory, but also in independent acknowledged institutes.

Application areas Advantages
  • Concrete repairs to bridges, fly-overs, tunnels
  • Concrete repairs to the off-shore industry
  • Concrete repairs to chimneys
  • Concrete repairs in the chemical and petrochemical industry
  • Concrete repairs in installations for sewage purification
  • Synthetic modified one-component fibrous mortar, ready for use, which is easy to process and environment-friendly
  • Chromate reduced
  • Very easy to finish
  • Checked volume increase
  • No plastic shrinkage
  • Very good early- and final strengths.
  • Resistant to frost and gritting materials, like salt
  • Free of chlorides and other corrosive aggregates
  • Contains no aluminous cement
  • Complies with the requirements drawn up for prestressed concrete
  • Very good adhesion to concrete and steel
  • Highly resistant to oil and grease
  • Very low rebound
  • Because of the wet-guniting technology, excellent compaction of the mortar is realised
Packaging and storage
25 kg bags. Dry and frostproof, storage life 12 months in the original package
Precautions
Refer to safety sheets.
