BETEC 031

Description

BETEC 031 is a cement bound, synthetic modified (PCC)binder. BETEC 031 is highly alkaline (PH 14) and works electro-chemically, so it passivates the reinforcement steel and prevents rusting. This binder not only improves the adhesion between the existing mineral ground and the BETEC cement-bound mortar but also with a steel surface. BETEC 031 can perpectly be combined with concrete and the BETEC cement-bound repair system (PCC among others).

Betec 031 shall always be used wet in wet with the repair- or groutmortar !!

Quality control

During manufacturing only high-quality aggregates are used, which meet the strictest requirements. During the production process as well as during the final stages these materials are extensively tested for quality, not only in our own laboratory, but also in independent acknowledged institutes.
